Exported at the native frame rate which was only one megabit per second. Incredibly low, but this was 1080p.
Once again this is a trial run. The goal is to link this 5 Second clip possibly with a half-second 21.5 second Crossfade with no repeat frames which means the actual loot clip will be about four seconds at its shortest.
Re-imported removed 18 frames, or 3/4 of a second from the start and the finish of the previously five second clip after re-importing it into Adobe Premiere Pro

With .75 seconds cut from each end, combined the 3-sec clips with a 1.5 sec., crossfade
{ no repeat frames :-) }
